BetaPrice is an AI-powered aggregator that tracks and compares smartphone prices across third-party e-commerce platforms like Jumia, Konga, and Jiji. We do not sell physical products; we only provide price discovery intelligence.
While our neural matching engine attempts to provide the most accurate prices across markets, we do not warrant that the product descriptions, prices, or other content on the site are entirely error-free. The final price is always determined at checkout on the respective merchant's platform.
Optional premium features, such as “Price Alerts” and “Promote Listing”, require a non-refundable one-time payment processed via our secure payment partner (Paystack).
In no event shall BetaPrice, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
